Can I track my order?

Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Sometimes a tracking number may take up to 48 hours to update.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs to European countries are included in the price. Contact us for a quote to other countries. 

How quickly do you process and ship your orders?

We endeavour to have all orders packaged and sent within 1-2 business days!  Orders we receive at weekends or during national holidays will be on their way 1-48 hours following the holiday day.

Is the artwork insured during delivery?

Yes! Tenerife Art provides insured delivery of your artwork. We take care of everything and there are no hidden costs.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order delivery times depend on the delivery companies and their workload, and local customs departments’ processing speeds.

Do International orders have to pay customs fees?

We have no control over customs fees and each country has different fees and processes. You are responsible for paying customs fees should there be any.

Which countries do you deliver to?

 We deliver to all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Prices include delivery to European countries. Get in touch for prices elsewhere.

Can I take delivery in Tenerife?

Certainly! If you’re a resident or planning a visit to Tenerife we will remove the delivery costs from the price and deliver to you on the island. Get in touch for details.

I have a question about my order. What do I do?

How can I pay for products from your website?

We accept PayPal and bank transfers along with all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. In the case of bank transfers, your order will be shipped as soon as the payment has arrived in our account.

Is a certificate of authenticity provided?

Yes, all works of art for sale on Tenerife Art come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

If the artwork I want is marked as sold, can I commission a similar piece?

Yes! Commissions are accepted. Please get in touch if the work you wanted shows as no longer available!
